Ordered out here. The place was packed when I went. Which is often a sign a place is great! I will say the pizza was fantastic. They’re a little small. If you have a large group you probably need one more pizza than you think. But it’s very good pizza.

Great service and food. Hubby had the clams and crab cake and loved it. I had the gluten free pizza and the crust was tasty.

Look no further, Lucky Bones is where you need to go! The Mahi Mahi tacos were amazing, I added blackening to them and it was the best decision ever. Also photographed is a gluten free cheesesteak pizza! They have an entire gluten free menu which is awesome! Robin our server was extremely friendly and sweet.

My recent dining experience at Lucky Bones in Cape May, NJ, was nothing short of extraordinary and has solidified its place as my favorite restaurant at the Shore. We did a nice dinner for my mother's birthday, but this can be difficult because she is gluten and dairy free, and she absolutely loved it!! What truly set Lucky Bones apart was their unparalleled ability to handle complex dietary restrictions. Our table included individuals with gluten, dairy, and shellfish allergies, a combination that often presents a challenge for many restaurants. However, the team at Lucky Bones navigated these with impressive expertise and genuine care. They made us feel completely at ease, confident that our meals would be prepared safely and deliciously. They even use orange napkins and plates to clearly identify those with allergies, showing how seriously they take these concerns. And delicious they were! The food portions were incredibly generous, and the flavors were simply outstanding. As someone who is gluten-free, I was absolutely thrilled with the seafood pasta and the crab cakes – they were both phenomenal, showcasing fresh ingredients and masterful preparation. Everyone else at the table raved about their dishes as well. The prime rib, in particular, was huge and perfectly cooked, a true testament to the kitchen's skill. My brother, who rarely ventures into seafood, even devoured his tuna, declaring it "great" and finishing nearly every bite. Beyond the fantastic food, the service was impeccable. Our waitress, Brittany, was incredibly kind and helpful, checking in frequently without being intrusive, ensuring all our needs were met. Her attentiveness and genuine desire to make our experience perfect truly enhanced the evening. It wasn't just Brittany, though. The staff out by the shack were also great and incredibly helpful, and even the staff I casually bumped into inside were super kind and nice. This consistent level of warmth and professionalism from every single team member truly made the visit stand out. In a world where dining out with dietary restrictions can often be a source of stress, Lucky Bones is a true gem. Add in the amazing service, the wonderfully large food portions, and the fantastic flavors, and you have a recipe for an unforgettable meal. I cannot recommend Lucky Bones highly enough, especially to anyone navigating gluten-free or other allergies. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a truly accommodating and delightful dining experience.

I hadn't been to Lucky Bones in ages and my boyfriend has never been so when someone mentioned it on a FB group, we decided to check it out. Everything was so good. The lobster bisque was loaded with lobster and so incredibly tasty. The fried calamari was crispy and perfectly chewy. The Clam Boat Pizza was topped with plenty of fresh and tasty ingredients, cooked exactly how we like it. We had NJ craft beers (Icarus Drinking Crayons) that are not readily available on tap down here and we love. We splurged and got the Port Barrel Finished Angel's Envy from the "whiskey cellar" and it was a worthwhile, delicious splurge. There are not a lot of places down here that have great food, an extensive beverage program with local craft beer, a huge whiskey list AND a large selection of wine and cocktails. Service was good, without being hovery and the atmosphere was great (we were a few booths from the fireplace) We also lucked out and caught a great sunset in the back as we were leaving. It definitely won't be too long until we are back.

I would definitely recommend Lucky Bones! I’m visiting New Jersey from Portland, Oregon. Let me tell you, this is the best restaurant I have been to in a long time. First of all, I completely understand why it was so busy, even with all the chaos of people we were seated quickly and taken care of by our amazing waitress. The staff is very friendly, food was absolutely amazing and brought to us within 15 minutes. Loved it!

We had a fabulous server, I think her name was Mia. Yummy shrimp and fish and chips. Loved the peach cheesecake.
